Responsibilities
- Deliver structured and on-the-job training aboard ships and in classrooms for Ship's Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) systems used by maritime cryptologic personnel.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (T3) programs to assist training teams in adopting updated curricula, systems, and system upgrades.
- Develop, revise, and deploy training materials and course content relevant to both new and current SSEE systems.
- Establish and maintain schedules and progress tracking during the development and revision of SSEE training curricula to align with customer needs.
- Offer expert guidance on training needs based on in-depth knowledge of SSEE systems and operational requirements.
- Conduct fundamental troubleshooting of SSEE systems, assist with software configuration, and suggest corrective actions.
- Review technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with system specifications.
