Role Overview
As a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering reliable and responsive support to clients across the Benelux region. Your primary responsibility is to ensure each interaction leads to a clear, positive outcome by understanding client needs and resolving issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries in German with clarity and professionalism
- Diagnose and resolve technical and service-related issues promptly
- Maintain a client-focused approach, demonstrating patience and understanding
- Act as a point of contact for customers in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on complex cases
What You’ll Need
- Fluent written and spoken German with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural sense of empathy
- Comfort working in an onsite environment in either Lisbon, Portugal or Cape Town, South Africa
