Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat in a timely manner
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by users
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate internal teams
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution
- Provide feedback to product teams based on recurring customer issues
- Assist customers during onboarding with platform navigation
- Document solutions in the knowledge base for future reference
- Adhere to service level agreements for response and resolution times
- Communicate clearly and professionally in all customer interactions
- Identify patterns in customer issues to suggest product improvements
- Guide users through account setup and configuration steps
- Assist with troubleshooting login and access problems
- Explain features and functionality to users unfamiliar with the platform
- Remain calm and helpful when dealing with frustrated customers
- Work collaboratively with engineering and product departments
- Stay updated on new product releases and changes
- Report bugs and inconsistencies to technical teams
- Ensure customer data privacy and security in all communications
- Use support software to track and manage tickets efficiently
