Responsibilities
- Provide expert on-site support, including installation, setup, optimization, upkeep, and repair of gas chromatography equipment.
- Diagnose and fix intricate system, method, hardware, and software problems, often under tight deadlines.
- Serve as a technical expert for clients, offering guidance on best practices, preventive maintenance, and system setups.
- Proactively detect potential risks and performance issues before they affect customer operations.
- Implement integrated system solutions involving hardware, software, networking, and peripherals according to specified architectures.
- Act as an internal point of contact for complex technical cases, collaborating with Support, Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams.
- Maintain precise records and ensure full adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
- Conduct technical training, workshops, or mentoring sessions to share expertise with colleagues and customers.
- Assist key or high-volume customers, including calibration and qualification tasks when necessary.
