Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to emergency alerts triggered by vehicles involved in accidents, contact occupants, and manage follow-up actions.
- Arrange immediate roadside assistance based on vehicle diagnostics transmitted during breakdowns or collisions.
- Coordinate replacement transportation, accommodation, and onward travel options when on-site repairs are not feasible.
- Assist customers in locating their stolen vehicles using GPS tracking technology.
- Support law enforcement by providing precise vehicle location data once a theft is officially reported.
