Taskrabbit is looking for a Customer Support Advocate who speaks German. In this role, you will embody our customer-obsessed culture, creating a seamless and exceptional experience for every client, tasker, and partner. What You'll Do

  • Prioritize customer satisfaction with a personalized and caring approach in every interaction.
  • Recognize unique customer needs to contribute to a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Balance urgency with genuine care, putting the customer at the center of every decision.
  • Understand customer needs through direct interactions and feedback to inform improvements.
  • Spot trends in inquiries and behavior to better anticipate customer needs.
  • Regularly assess and adapt your approach to ensure a consistently positive experience.
  • Demonstrate high ownership and disciplined curiosity in addressing concerns.
  • Solve problems with a solutions-focused mindset, proactively implementing effective resolutions.
  • Serve as a trusted resource, ensuring optimal satisfaction through proactive measures.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to navigate and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong sense of ownership and disciplined curiosity to drive proactive solutions.
  • Empathetic communication skills with the ability to connect on a personal level.
  • Proficiency in communicating effectively and rapidly through both written and verbal channels.
  • Detail-oriented mindset committed to delivering top-notch service.
  • Fluency in English & German is required.
  • Available full-time (40 hours/week).
  • Eligible to work in Poland; we will not support relocation for this position.
