INFUSE Academy is hiring a Customer Success Representative LATAM

Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain lasting client relationships
  • Ensure on-time and effective delivery of solutions aligned with client goals
  • Provide clear updates on the status of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external parties
  • Recognize growth potential within assigned regions and work with sales teams to achieve expansion targets
  • Support resolution of complex client inquiries or escalated issues when necessary
  • Perform various administrative and operational duties including data management, system updates, and schedule coordination
