Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain lasting client relationships
- Ensure on-time and effective delivery of solutions aligned with client goals
- Provide clear updates on the status of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external parties
- Recognize growth potential within assigned regions and work with sales teams to achieve expansion targets
- Support resolution of complex client inquiries or escalated issues when necessary
- Perform various administrative and operational duties including data management, system updates, and schedule coordination
