Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the primary customer interface, managing inquiries, resolving challenges, and delivering exceptional support through multiple communication channels. Core Responsibilities
Customer Support – 60%
• Address customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat platforms
• Deliver precise product/service information
• Efficiently resolve customer challenges
• Maintain professional and empathetic communication
Escalations & Reporting – 25%
• Redirect complex cases to specialized team members
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM
• Identify and highlight critical cases
Continuous Improvement – 15%
• Collect and communicate customer insights to leadership
• Recommend process and workflow enhancements
• Remain current on product/service developments
Requirements
Must-Haves:
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience
• Superior English communication skills
• Robust problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing customer inquiries in dynamic environments
• Dependable remote infrastructure with consistent internet connectivity
Nice-to-Haves:
• Familiarity with CRM/helpdesk platforms
• Previous remote or startup experience
• International customer support background
Tools Proficiency
