Eye Security is hiring a Customer Success Manager (m/f/x)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a set of assigned clients and implement customized plans to boost product adoption, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
  • Discover opportunities for additional sales by analyzing customer goals and identifying unmet needs.
  • Represent customer interests within the company to shape improvements in products and services based on direct feedback.
  • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, and other departments to ensure consistent and effective client experiences.
  • Monitor key customer health indicators and convert data insights into proactive relationship-building actions.
