Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact and strategic partner for assigned clients, addressing their specific needs with tailored, forward-thinking solutions.
  • Guide clients in adopting best practices to fully embed the learning platform into their organizational workflows and achieve clear business outcomes.
  • Achieve certification and maintain expert-level knowledge of the platform to support clients with advanced configurations and AI-driven features.
  • Translate technical functionalities into accessible, business-relevant insights for audiences ranging from technical staff to senior leadership.
  • Proactively manage contract renewals and uncover strategic expansion opportunities that align with client goals.
  • Work closely with internal departments such as Sales and Product to deliver a unified, high-quality customer journey.
  • Lead resolution efforts during critical customer issues, transforming challenges into trust-building moments.
