About the Role

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize value from the platform by understanding their objectives, monitoring usage, and delivering tailored solutions to support retention and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for client success and satisfaction
  • Onboard new clients and ensure smooth implementation of services
  • Monitor client health metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop success plans aligned with client business goals
  • Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews
  • Identify and mitigate risks to client retention
  • Collaborate with support and product teams to resolve client issues
  • Gather and relay client feedback to influence product development
  • Track and report on key customer success KPIs
  • Drive product adoption through training and best practices
  • Escalate technical issues with clear documentation
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
  • Support renewal processes with data-driven insights
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Coordinate with sales for upsell and cross-sell initiatives
  • Provide guidance on platform optimization
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Facilitate client onboarding sessions and training workshops
  • Monitor usage patterns to anticipate client needs
  • Promote customer advocacy and referenceability
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements
  • Manage client expectations throughout the lifecycle
  • Use data to personalize client engagement strategies
