About the Role
The Customer Success Manager will own the post-sale customer journey, ensuring clients derive maximum value from the platform through strategic onboarding, continuous engagement, and advocacy. This role is critical in driving retention, satisfaction, and growth within the customer base.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through onboarding and initial setup processes

- Collaborate with marketing on customer reference programs
- Gather testimonials and case study materials from satisfied clients
