Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to diverse clients, providing customized technical support based on individual business needs
  • Design and lead technical training sessions to increase platform adoption and understanding
  • Guide clients in applying industry-leading methods for implementing and refining search functionality
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to uphold sustained client satisfaction and performance
  • Coordinate with internal teams across departments, escalating issues when needed to confirm resolution paths
  • Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to deepen product knowledge and act as a technical authority for clients
  • Create, update, and deliver detailed status updates on active cases during regular client meetings
  • Anticipate technical challenges and collaborate with clients to address them proactively
  • Offer strategic recommendations for improving system performance and platform utilization
