You will play a key role in empowering restaurant businesses across the UK by guiding them to fully leverage our technology platform. Your focus will be on onboarding new clients, ensuring smooth activation, and helping them achieve measurable results from day one. By building trusted relationships, you’ll support customers in adopting features that boost performance and order volume.
What You’ll Do
- Guide restaurant partners through onboarding and ongoing use of digital ordering tools, ensuring they realize value quickly
- Collaborate with Sales and Activation teams to align on customer goals and accelerate time-to-value
- Identify opportunities to expand product use, including point of sale and self-service kiosk solutions
- Monitor customer health metrics and take proactive steps to support at-risk accounts
- Use data to inform outreach strategies and personalize support plans
- Drive adoption of integrated solutions to increase customer lifetime value and satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams via video and written channels
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing portfolios of business clients, ideally in customer success or sales
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data
- Organized approach to managing pipelines and tracking customer progress
- Passion for the food and hospitality sector, with awareness of its operational challenges
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Background in sales and familiarity with online ordering or point of sale systems
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on retention and revenue growth
