Customer Success Associate – Abuja
Role Overview
In this position, you'll serve as a key point of contact for clients, delivering consistent support across communication channels. You'll help maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems, monitor satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities to strengthen long-term engagement for a health technology company expanding across emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions through CRM platforms, ensuring all communications and preferences are documented and tracked to support retention efforts.
- Gather feedback via surveys and direct engagement, then analyze and summarize findings to inform service improvements and strategic decisions.
- Draft clear, professional correspondence to address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and support follow-up initiatives that boost loyalty.
- Use foundational negotiation techniques when working with corporate accounts, assisting with renewals and identifying appropriate upsell pathways.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement strategies that reduce customer churn and increase lifetime value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in customer success or account management.
- Experience with CRM software and interpreting customer data to guide actions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build trust and manage multiple client relationships.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a service-oriented approach to resolving issues.
- Based in Abuja with the ability to work in a hybrid arrangement.
