Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on their issues.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to close deals.
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved within the agreed timeframe.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on customer satisfaction.
