Concentrix was looking for a Customer Service / Tech Support Rep – Tech Products (Remote)

Concentrix is looking for a Customer Service / Tech Support Representative to provide technical support and customer service for client technology products. This is a remote role where you will resolve routine problems and questions via inbound/outbound calls and internet.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support and world-class customer service, answering questions about products and services.
  • Deliver inbound customer support using a call flow guide.
  • Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products.
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of customer service experience.
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Strong focus on building customer relationships.
  • Comfortable using and explaining technology.
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
  • A quiet, distraction-free home environment.
  • The availability to work during Hours of Operation: 8am-11:30pm EST Monday-Sunday.
  • A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing.
  • High Speed internet (10 Mbps upload, 10 Mbps download, no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
  • Must reside in Canada and have a valid Canadian address.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology.
