Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in French and English (oral and written).

Nice to Have

  • Webex Contact Center Platform
  • Customer Service: 1 year
  • User experience with Salesforce preferred, or other relevant CRM or ITSM Ticketing tools
