Responsibilities
- Enter patient data accurately, including completing initial intake forms and setting up appointments
- Reach out to patients to gather incomplete information or request necessary documents
- Upload patient records to the prescription portal and manage the submission of medication requests
- Provide patients with tracking numbers once their medications have been shipped
- Manage patient inquiries, including frequently asked questions, feedback, complaints, and general communication
- Ensure prompt follow-up actions and maintain clear, professional dialogue with patients and internal departments
- Complete additional duties as assigned
