Everyday Dose Inc. is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Associate Trainee) to join our team. In this full-time remote role, you will handle customer inquiries and orders to enhance satisfaction and foster loyalty, supporting our mission to make a positive impact by revolutionizing everyday products.

What You'll Do

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries through email and chat.
  • Manage customer orders efficiently.
  • Use available tools and resources to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Develop personalized responses to enhance customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Handle customer queries with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and feedback reviews to align on goals and improve performance.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Immediate availability.
  • Availability to work standard business hours in the Portugal time zone (WET), including a rotating weekend shift (one weekend per month).

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in remote or distributed work environments.
  • Experience in fields such as sales, technical support, or administration involving customer interaction.
