Colibri Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, register students, and support enrollment, class scheduling, and orientation sessions
  • Respond promptly to student questions in person about courses, exams, location details, state assessments, and related topics
  • Address online inquiries from students through live chat, email, and phone channels in a timely fashion
  • Ensure precise input and management of student data and class records within the CRM platform
  • Assist the Operations Manager with instructor scheduling, attendance tracking, inventory audits, cash balancing, and daily operational reporting
  • Support instructors with classroom setup and technical assistance to ensure lessons run smoothly
  • Guide students through the process of applying for required licenses
  • Keep classrooms, testing areas, and shared spaces tidy, supplied, and in good condition
  • Deliver warm, helpful, and motivating service to every student
  • Represent the organization at external events including career expos, fairs, and community gatherings as needed
  • Carry out additional assignments and special initiatives as directed
