Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and support their ordering needs via phone or in person.
- Input order details correctly into the system and manage payment processing accurately.
- Suggest menu items and current offers to improve the customer experience.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and with professionalism.
- Help prepare food items such as pizzas and other menu offerings when necessary.
- Keep work areas, restrooms, and customer spaces clean and well-maintained.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines consistently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance and service targets.
- Support inventory tasks including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels.
