Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with friendliness and support them during in-person or phone-based ordering
- Input order details correctly into the system and manage payment processing
- Suggest menu items and current offers to improve the customer experience
- Address customer concerns promptly and with professionalism
- Help prepare food items, including pizzas and other menu offerings when necessary
- Keep the store tidy, including work areas, customer spaces, and restroom facilities
- Follow health and safety regulations consistently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service targets
- Support inventory tasks such as restocking and supply organization
