Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a friendly attitude and support their ordering needs through in-person and phone interactions.
- Correctly input order details into the system and process payments with accuracy.
- Suggest menu items and inform customers about current offers to improve their experience.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and with professionalism.
- Help prepare food items, including pizzas and other menu offerings, as required.
- Keep the store clean and organized, including work areas, customer lobby, and restroom facilities.
- Follow all health and safety regulations consistently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service efficiency and quality goals.
- Support inventory tasks, including restocking supplies and monitoring product levels.
