INFUSE Academy is hiring a Customer Service Expert (Remote within APAC region, Contract)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients
  • Ensure client goals are met through timely and effective solution delivery
  • Keep internal and external stakeholders informed on the status of ongoing monthly and quarterly initiatives
  • Recognize potential growth areas within assigned regions and work with sales teams to achieve expansion targets
  • Step in to resolve complex client issues or escalated concerns when necessary
  • Support various administrative and operational duties including data management, system updates, and schedule coordination
