INFUSE Academy is hiring a Customer Service Expert (Remote within APAC region, Contract)

Responsibilities

  • Foster and sustain lasting client relationships through consistent engagement
  • Ensure client goals are met with prompt and effective delivery of solutions
  • Report on the status of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external parties
  • Recognize potential growth areas within assigned regions and work with sales teams to achieve expansion targets
  • Support resolution of complex client inquiries and manage escalated issues when necessary
  • Perform various administrative and operational duties including data entry, system updates, and schedule coordination
