Responsibilities
- Engage in all required training programs and support colleagues through guidance and knowledge sharing
- Participate in annual performance evaluations and scheduled quarterly review meetings
- Attend site-specific or team communication meetings as needed
- Perform any reasonable additional tasks assigned by supervisors or management
- Maintain thorough knowledge of on-site health, safety, and food safety regulations, including emergency protocols
- Take personal responsibility for adhering to health and safety standards and promoting them among others
- Identify and report any potential risks or hazards related to health and safety
- Maintain consistent product availability and ensure store layout follows brand standards
- Stay informed about upcoming company promotions before they begin
- Proactively promote products and special offers to enhance customer experience and sales
- Handle inventory with care and accuracy to minimize waste and loss
- Interact with customers in a consistently courteous and approachable manner
- Greet every customer promptly and warmly upon arrival
- Deliver fast, accurate, and reliable service during all customer interactions
- Respond to customer inquiries thoroughly and in line with company expectations
- Monitor and assess customer satisfaction regarding food, truck washing, lodging, and other services
- Be properly trained to resolve customer complaints quickly and satisfactorily
- Escalate unresolved or serious complaints to immediate management without delay
- Restrict access to the console area to authorized personnel only
- Operate cash register systems following established policies and procedures
- Follow all company security protocols consistently while on duty

- Ensure complete Company uniform is worn at all times whilst on duty and that the Company dress code is fully adhered to
