Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls and conclude interactions following established protocols
- Manage inbound first notice of loss (FNOL) calls for motor insurance claims, providing a composed, clear, and supportive experience promptly
- Record precise and comprehensive details regarding incidents, vehicles, drivers, and third parties
- Adhere to data protection laws, industry standards, and internal compliance policies
- Evaluate call urgency and route or escalate cases based on priority and complexity
- Follow structured work schedules and maintain effective time management practices
- Communicate professionally, outlining next steps and setting accurate expectations
- Demonstrate empathy while maintaining efficiency when assisting distressed customers
- Conduct necessary liability investigations to support favorable claim settlements
- Remain vigilant for signs of potential fraud and report concerns per internal guidelines
- Handle customer complaints in alignment with company procedures
- Keep policyholders updated verbally and in writing on claim progress
- Perform administrative tasks such as email drafting and maintaining organized, current claim files
- Ensure all incident-related information is captured thoroughly and accurately

- Flexible shift options include weekday evenings (17:00 - 22:00 or 17:30 – 22:30), weekday mornings (07:00 – 09:00), Saturday (08:00 - 22:00), Sunday (08:00 - 22:00), and night shifts (22:00 - 09:00, Monday - Sunday)
- Shifts range from 6 to 12 hours depending on schedule
- Candidates must be available to work either Saturdays or Sundays, including bank holidays
- Work hours are adjustable and will be finalized during the interview process
- Applicants may need to commit to a training period of up to 35 hours per week
