Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service and personalized product guidance aligned with company offerings and campaigns

- Support the adoption of innovative tech solutions that blend digital convenience with personal interaction
- Oversee the planning and delivery of national and local events, including author signings and children’s activities
- Manage localized customer engagement efforts such as social media, curated product selections, and community reading programs
- Collaborate on visual merchandising reviews and contribute insights on product presentation and shopper behavior
- Oversee inventory control procedures and handle returns efficiently
- Handle store opening and closing duties and maintain oversight of the sales floor
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a secure environment for staff and visitors
- Recruit and develop high-performing team members to build a capable and motivated workforce
- Foster individual growth by empowering team members and challenging them to expand their abilities
