Nivoda is hiring a Customer Onboarding Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and validate KYB documents provided by new suppliers and buyers, such as business registration, identity proofs, trade licenses, and beneficial ownership details
  • Perform risk evaluations for both new and current accounts, identifying high-risk cases requiring enhanced due diligence
  • Keep internal systems (CRM/ATS) updated with accurate and current verification results
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with applicants to obtain missing or clarifying documentation
  • Remain informed about AML regulations and compliance standards related to international trade in high-value goods
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding while maintaining compliance
  • Detect suspicious patterns or inconsistencies indicating potential fraud and escalate them as needed
  • Support ongoing optimization of KYB processes, checklists, and standard operating procedures
