Responsibilities
- Evaluate and validate KYB documents provided by new suppliers and buyers, such as business registration, identity proofs, trade licenses, and beneficial ownership details
- Perform risk evaluations for both new and current accounts, identifying high-risk cases requiring enhanced due diligence
- Keep internal systems (CRM/ATS) updated with accurate and current verification results
- Communicate professionally and promptly with applicants to obtain missing or clarifying documentation
- Remain informed about AML regulations and compliance standards related to international trade in high-value goods
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding while maintaining compliance
- Detect suspicious patterns or inconsistencies indicating potential fraud and escalate them as needed
- Support ongoing optimization of KYB processes, checklists, and standard operating procedures
