Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy a weekly digest summarizing customer behavior using product usage, intent signals, support interactions, role alignment, and commercial activity.
- Establish measurable criteria indicating when accounts are prepared for growth based on usage trends, engagement, intent, and support data.
- Develop a stratified customer classification system integrating product usage, intent levels, account details, and lifecycle position.
- Extract, standardize, and interpret data from product analytics, CRM, support tickets, call recordings, and business intelligence platforms.
- Construct a predictive model estimating future customer growth, consumption behavior, and upsell potential.
- Ensure analytical outputs are transparent, repeatable, and practical for operational teams.
- Develop or refine dashboards highlighting accounts ready for expansion, growth versus risk indicators, usage trends, and segment-specific opportunities.
- Design reporting formats tailored for customer success leaders, account managers, growth teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Ensure insights support decision-making in executive reviews, account planning, sales transitions, and client conversations.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to build automated digital expansion initiatives, including event-triggered messaging and usage- or intent-led campaigns.
- Create automated workflows to assign expansion alerts to appropriate roles such as dedicated account managers, shared support teams, or technical specialists.
- Generate standardized, quarterly business review-style summaries at scale using product usage, support history, engagement metrics, and expansion signals.
- Ensure summary formats are user-friendly and adaptable for both internal processes and client meetings.
- Produce comprehensive documentation and transition materials to ensure internal teams can sustain the systems long-term.
