Responsibilities

  • Support store operations during early or late hours, including opening and closing shifts
  • Perform regular inventory checks, restock shelves, handle returns, and organize incoming merchandise
  • Apply visual merchandising guidelines to enhance store appeal and customer engagement
  • Foster a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all guests
  • Deliver positive, memorable interactions that enrich the customer experience
  • Use product knowledge to share engaging stories about merchandise
  • Interact directly with customers to understand needs and offer personalized service
  • Select and present tailored product groupings based on individual customer preferences
  • Demonstrate behaviors aligned with company performance values
  • Stay informed about new products, special offers, and company initiatives
  • Promote a culture where health and safety are prioritized by all team members
  • Respond promptly to customer input and concerns
  • Hold oneself and coworkers accountable for performance and conduct
  • Take initiative in personal growth and provide ongoing feedback to peers and leaders
  • Offer suggestions to leadership for improving workplace and customer service quality
