Responsibilities
- Assist with store operations during early or late hours, including opening or closing duties
- Perform regular inventory checks, restock shelves, handle returns, and organize incoming merchandise
- Apply visual merchandising guidelines to maintain an attractive and inviting store layout
- Foster a friendly and inclusive atmosphere for all guests and team members
- Enhance customer interactions by bringing moments of delight into everyday experiences
- Use product knowledge to share meaningful stories and connect with customers
- Interact directly with customers on the sales floor to understand their needs
- Personalize product recommendations based on individual customer preferences
- Demonstrate behaviors aligned with company values and performance expectations
- Stay informed about new products, special offers, and company initiatives
