Responsibilities
- Assist with daily store operations, including opening or closing shifts that may begin as early as 5 AM or as late as 10 PM
- Perform regular inventory checks, restock shelves, handle returns, organize products, and process incoming shipments
- Apply visual merchandising guidelines to design an attractive and inviting store layout
- Foster a friendly and inclusive atmosphere for all guests
- Enhance customer interactions by bringing moments of delight into their shopping experience
- Use product knowledge to share meaningful stories about items in the store
- Interact directly with customers on the sales floor to understand needs and offer support
- Select and recommend tailored product groupings based on individual customer preferences
- Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s performance expectations
- Stay informed about new arrivals, special offers, and company initiatives
- Support a culture where health and safety are prioritized and everyone contributes to a secure environment
- Respond promptly and appropriately to customer input and concerns
- Promote accountability among team members and uphold performance standards
- Take initiative in personal growth and offer constructive feedback to peers and leaders
- Suggest improvements to leadership that enhance both employee and customer experiences
