What You'll Do

  • Lead and supervise high-performing Personal Banking teams.
  • Ensure the client experience is prioritized in all team activities.
  • Drive team performance towards helping clients achieve their financial objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within retail banking or a similar client-focused environment.
  • A strong track record of team supervision and performance management.
  • A client-first mindset with a passion for helping clients reach their financial goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in French.
