About the Role
The Customer Engagement Specialist will support Korean-speaking users by guiding onboarding, resolving issues, and fostering strong relationships to enhance product adoption and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Korean customers
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and technical questions
- Guide clients through onboarding and product setup processes
- Monitor customer usage to identify opportunities for increased engagement
- Deliver training sessions tailored to Korean users
- Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams
- Support retention efforts through regular check-ins and satisfaction follow-ups
- Troubleshoot common product issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with sales to ensure smooth handoff of new accounts
- Identify at-risk accounts and support intervention strategies
- Assist in translating support materials when needed
- Stay updated on product changes and new features
- Represent customer needs in internal planning discussions
- Help create localized content for announcements and updates
- Track key customer success metrics and report trends
- Promote best practices for product utilization
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution
- Support customer renewals and expansion conversations
- Participate in improving customer-facing processes
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in EdTech or language learning platforms
- Background in teaching or tutoring
- Familiarity with Korean business culture
- Knowledge of customer success platforms like Gainsight
