About the Role

The Customer Engagement Specialist will support Korean-speaking users by guiding onboarding, resolving issues, and fostering strong relationships to enhance product adoption and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Korean customers
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and technical questions
  • Guide clients through onboarding and product setup processes
  • Monitor customer usage to identify opportunities for increased engagement
  • Deliver training sessions tailored to Korean users
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams
  • Support retention efforts through regular check-ins and satisfaction follow-ups
  • Troubleshoot common product issues and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure smooth handoff of new accounts
  • Identify at-risk accounts and support intervention strategies
  • Assist in translating support materials when needed
  • Stay updated on product changes and new features
  • Represent customer needs in internal planning discussions
  • Help create localized content for announcements and updates
  • Track key customer success metrics and report trends
  • Promote best practices for product utilization
  • Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution
  • Support customer renewals and expansion conversations
  • Participate in improving customer-facing processes
