Cority is hiring a Customer Advocacy & Community Marketing Manager to join our Marketing department. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to amplify customer success stories and cultivate a vibrant user community.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage comprehensive customer advocacy and reference programs.
  • Develop and execute community marketing strategies to foster engagement.
  • Create compelling content showcasing customer success stories and use cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and highlight customer champions.
  • Measure and report on the impact of advocacy and community initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or community management roles.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring program success.
