Responsibilities
- Lead quality assurance activities for civil, structural, and architectural scopes, serving as the main point of contact for all related quality matters
- Coordinate inspection efforts across civil, structural, and architectural work packages
- Supervise and guide quality inspectors to maintain uniform standards across all CSA disciplines
- Verify that all CSA construction activities align with project drawings, specifications, inspection test plans, quality control plans, approved methods, and client requirements
- Oversee and conduct mandatory hold point and witness inspections
- Manage inspections for first-time installations or construction elements
- Conduct ongoing and final site walkthroughs to verify work completeness and quality
- Review and approve quality submittals from subcontractors such as material inspection reports, inspection requests, and compliance certificates
- Lead the identification, documentation, investigation, and resolution of non-conformance reports related to CSA works
- Ensure defects and quality concerns are resolved promptly to avoid delays
- Collaborate with construction teams to promote error-free execution from the outset
- Coordinate with CSA construction leads, MEP quality personnel, commissioning teams, engineering, and BIM specialists
- Ensure civil, structural, and architectural areas are prepared for subsequent MEP installations and commissioning phases
- Support readiness for system handovers and room completion targets
- Maintain reliable, traceable quality records using digital quality management tools
- Generate periodic quality performance reports for project and client stakeholders
- Assist in internal and client-led audits, site inspections, and quality reviews
- Foster a proactive approach to quality across all site personnel
- Identify patterns in quality issues and initiate corrective and preventive measures
- Contribute to capturing lessons learned and advancing quality improvement efforts
