The WFS Group is hiring a CRM Specialist (Hubspot)

As a CRM Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the performance of HubSpot as the central hub for sales and client operations. Your focus will be on ensuring accurate setup, smooth functionality, and efficient use of the platform across multiple teams and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations and support requests related to HubSpot, ensuring systems are configured correctly and function as intended
  • Maintain high-quality data standards by monitoring accuracy, consistency, and completeness
  • Develop and manage workflows and automations to streamline sales processes and reduce manual effort
  • Support the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards to track performance and pipeline health
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues affecting CRM functionality, integrations, or lead flow
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to align funnel stages, lifecycle models, and system integrations
  • Onboard new accounts and sales representatives, ensuring proper setup within the tech stack prior to launch
  • Implement new tools, integrations, and processes using platforms like Aloware, Typeform, Instantly, Apollo, and Clay through HubSpot workflows
  • Act as a go-to resource for CRM best practices and support adherence to defined processes across sales teams

What We’re Looking For

You bring hands-on experience with HubSpot configuration and a systems-thinking approach to solving operational challenges. You’re comfortable working independently while collaborating across functions to ensure end-to-end process integrity.

  • Proven ability to configure HubSpot accurately and efficiently, including workflows, reporting, and lifecycle management
  • Experience building automation solutions that improve team productivity
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality
  • Skill in troubleshooting technical issues across integrated platforms
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a scaling environment
  • Willingness to grow professionally and contribute to evolving processes
  • HubSpot certifications are a plus
