About the Role

Oversee daily CRM data operations, manage team performance, and implement best practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across sales and customer-facing departments.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team focused on CRM data management and operational workflows
  • Ensure data quality standards are maintained across all CRM platforms
  • Develop and enforce data governance policies and documentation
  • Collaborate with sales operations and IT to align data practices with business goals
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies and system inefficiencies
  • Lead regular audits of CRM data to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Streamline data entry, enrichment, and maintenance processes
  • Implement automation tools to reduce manual data handling
  • Monitor key data health metrics and report on team performance
  • Train team members on CRM tools, data protocols, and security standards
  • Support integration of new data sources into existing CRM infrastructure
  • Coordinate with regional teams to standardize global data practices
  • Manage user access and permissions within CRM systems
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for data workflows
  • Serve as primary point of contact for CRM data-related escalations

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Experience with CRM automation tools
  • Background in SaaS or enterprise software environments
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
  • Familiarity with agile or iterative project methodologies
