About the Role
Oversee daily CRM data operations, manage team performance, and implement best practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across sales and customer-facing departments.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team focused on CRM data management and operational workflows
- Ensure data quality standards are maintained across all CRM platforms
- Develop and enforce data governance policies and documentation
- Collaborate with sales operations and IT to align data practices with business goals
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and system inefficiencies
- Lead regular audits of CRM data to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Streamline data entry, enrichment, and maintenance processes
- Implement automation tools to reduce manual data handling
- Monitor key data health metrics and report on team performance
- Train team members on CRM tools, data protocols, and security standards
- Support integration of new data sources into existing CRM infrastructure
- Coordinate with regional teams to standardize global data practices
- Manage user access and permissions within CRM systems
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for data workflows
- Serve as primary point of contact for CRM data-related escalations
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience with CRM automation tools
- Background in SaaS or enterprise software environments
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Familiarity with agile or iterative project methodologies
