Requirements
- Extensive background in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations, with a focus on automation and marketing technology infrastructure in international or multi-regional settings.
- Proven expertise with enterprise-level CRM platforms such as Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including managing cross-channel customer journeys.
- Solid technical grasp of current marketing technology ecosystems, including customer data platforms, analytics tools, and CRM integrations.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms like Amplitude, engagement tools like HighTouch, and cloud data warehouses such as Redshift.
- Hands-on experience using workflow automation platforms like Make, n8n, Zapier, or Airtable to minimize manual processes and enhance operational scalability.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and webhooks to enable data integrations and support automated workflows.
