Responsibilities
- Create new credit policies and routinely assess and revise current ones to align with local business objectives.
- Work with engineering teams to deploy and thoroughly validate updates to credit policies.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to detect patterns and meaningful insights, while tracking portfolio health and comparing performance to industry benchmarks.
- Engage with data science specialists to guide model development, apply predictive tools, and improve analytical capabilities.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to shape and advance strategic business initiatives.
- Coordinate with global credit and data science units, including those in the US, to share best practices and adopt effective strategies.
- Align with cross-functional leads in product, technology, marketing, and finance to ensure cohesive integration of team efforts.
