Everyday Dose Inc. is hiring a Creative Strategist - Performance UGC / Paid Social. This role sits at the intersection of creative, performance, and systems, focused on generating a steady pipeline of high-volume, test-ready creative for paid social channels. You will be responsible for turning product benefits into compelling scripts and seeing them through to execution.
What You'll Do
- Produce 20 performance concepts per week
- Turn product benefits and science into compelling scripts
- Direct UGC creators and manage a Video Editor
- Monitor trends and competitors to generate new creative angles
- Review footage and edits to deliver final ad variations
- Analyze performance data and iterate quickly
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in DTC performance creative
- Expertise in hooks, storytelling, UGC direction, and scripting
- Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok ad policies
- Experience with FTC-compliant messaging
- Proficiency with trend tools like Ads Library and TikTok Creative Center
- Ability to deliver daily concepts and fast turnarounds
