About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of visual concepts for medical and scientific communications
  • Oversee the creative output of art and design teams
  • Collaborate with writers and strategists to align visuals with messaging
  • Present creative concepts to internal teams and clients
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables
  • Mentor and develop junior art team members
  • Manage multiple projects within tight timelines
  • Champion creative innovation while respecting regulatory standards
  • Work closely with project management on resource planning
  • Review and approve final artwork for production
  • Stay current with design trends and medical industry developments
  • Contribute to creative pitches and new business proposals
  • Ensure all designs meet accessibility and inclusivity standards
  • Maintain high standards of visual quality and originality
  • Coordinate with external vendors and production partners
