Responsibilities
- Create functional logic units, cell libraries, and CPU IP blocks through RTL coding and simulation for use in full-chip designs.
- Contribute to defining CPU architecture and microarchitecture features during the design phase.
- Implement RTL code using optimized methodologies to meet power, performance, area, and timing targets while ensuring physical design integrity.
- Participate in verification planning and execution to validate CPU functionality and fix test failures in RTL.
- Produce microarchitectural specifications for CPU components and assist SoC teams with integration support.
- Diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues spanning RTL, software, and tool environments.
- Provide ongoing support to SoC customers to ensure reliable and efficient CPU block integration.
