20four7VA is hiring a Shopify Marketing Support Virtual Assistant to deliver remote services to clients worldwide. In this role, you will assist with product merchandising, tagging, image management, and collection organization inside Shopify to optimize product listings and enhance the shopping experience.
What You'll Do
- Add and manage product tags within Shopify to ensure accurate collection assignments.
- Apply descriptive tags to improve internal search functionality and filtering.
- Upload both studio and styled images to individual product listings.
- Merchandise product images based on performance insights and visual hierarchy.
- Sort main collections based on visual balance and merchandising strategy.
- Apply finalized sorting structures across all relevant sub-collections.
- Use merchandising apps such as Sort’d Collection Merchandiser to manage product positioning.
- Upload finalized product photos to Pinterest and ensure they are properly categorized and optimized.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working within Shopify.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of visual merchandising principles in e-commerce.
- Ability to follow structured processes while maintaining consistency.
- Strong English communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Shopify merchandising tools such as Sort’d Collection Merchandiser or similar apps.
- Experience with Asana or similar task management platforms.
