Medier was looking for a Country Manager - Sweden

Medier Logo is hiring a Country Manager for Sweden to be responsible for market growth, performance, and ensuring our brand is competitive and compliant. In this role, you will combine strategy, execution, and commercial ownership to define the local market's success.

What You'll Do

  • Own the P&L for Sweden and define a clear roadmap for sustainable growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and player behavior to shape the local strategy.
  • Drive local performance across acquisition, retention, and product positioning in close cooperation with CRM, Content, Product, Affiliation, and Compliance teams.
  • Localize global campaigns and ensure they are relevant for the Swedish audience and aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and execute local promotional, bonus, and retention strategies for both casino and sports.
  • Monitor key KPIs, budgets, and forecasts; prepare regular performance reports and turn insights into action.
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance and manage relationships with local authorities and key market stakeholders.
  • Lead local projects and coordinate cross-functional teams to secure smooth execution and strong brand visibility across channels.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in iGaming, specifically in casino or sports betting.
  • At least 1 year in a Country Manager role or another senior market-level leadership position within the gambling industry.
  • Deep understanding of Swedish customer behavior, cultural specifics, and regulatory framework.
  • Strong understanding of acquisition channels, CRM, promotional strategy, and product-market fit in Sweden.
  • Native Swedish and fluent English proficiency.

Work Mode
