About the Role

Role Overview

As Country Manager for Israel, Greece, and Cyprus, you will be responsible for shaping and executing F5’s regional strategy to accelerate growth in application security and delivery. You will lead all aspects of the business—from revenue performance and market development to team leadership and partner ecosystem expansion—ensuring sustainable success across diverse commercial models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive regional revenue, pipeline generation, and long-term market share growth across Israel, Greece, and Cyprus
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, including market positioning, coverage models, and strategic initiatives
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team, fostering accountability, execution discipline, and talent development
  • Build and sustain executive-level relationships with key customers and decision-makers to influence strategic deals
  • Collaborate with channel partners, systems integrators, and cloud platforms to expand co-selling and joint growth opportunities
  • Design and implement repeatable, AI-driven customer engagement models that accelerate adoption of SaaS and subscription offerings
  • Champion F5’s AI strategy in the region, aligning technical capabilities with customer business outcomes
  • Ensure strong operational rigor through regular pipeline reviews, deal strategy sessions, and performance tracking
  • Represent regional market needs internally, advocating for resources and investments that support growth

Required Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in sales roles within cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise software markets
  • History of exceeding revenue targets in complex, multi-market environments
  • Experience managing remote or hybrid teams and aligning cross-functional resources
  • Strong ability to build and lead partner-driven growth strategies across technology and cloud ecosystems
  • Executive presence with demonstrated success engaging CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and business leaders
  • Deep understanding of SaaS, subscription licensing, and enterprise agreement models
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and deal execution skills with a focus on measurable results
  • Ability to shape buying decisions through value-based positioning and strategic insight

Technical Environment

Work with advanced technologies including AI-powered application delivery, API and application security, cloud platforms, and subscription-based software solutions.

Work Model

This role requires leadership experience in hybrid or remote team settings, with primary focus on Israel, Greece, and Cyprus. The position supports a flexible work structure aligned with regional operations.
