Responsibilities
- Support the collection of financial and operational metrics from various systems to establish accurate cost rates.
- Examine cost data for precision and ensure proper classification alignment.
- Collaborate with on-site teams at manufacturing locations to gain insight into processes and technology systems.
- Maintain operational reference tables as assigned.
- Set up product codes in WCSS, including EUDR and HTS codes, for organization-wide use.
- Enter and manage materials codes in SAP for MIPS and Labels sites.
- Configure cost centers and work centers in SAP for MIPS and Labels facilities.
- Establish and maintain cost rates across SAP/MIPS, Foundation, InfoShare, and Radius systems.
- Generate and distribute monthly summary reports for internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Manage data related to units of measure, cycle counts, balance sheets, and finished goods inventory by location.
- Support external auditors during general controls assessments and execute directed testing procedures.
- Carry out additional assigned tasks and contribute to special initiatives as needed.
