Responsibilities
- Support multiple client implementation projects simultaneously
- Engage in workshops with client leadership to define requirements and design solutions
- Assist in developing core project documentation and deliverables
- Configure legal hold and electronic discovery platforms and validate functionality through testing
- Analyze data and coordinate data migration efforts with vendor teams
- Help manage project tasks to stay aligned with schedule, budget, scope, resources, and quality benchmarks
- Conduct client interviews, workshops, and presentations to capture and record business needs, migration requirements, and project specifications
- Map business needs to system and integration features, identify gaps, and support development of tailored solutions that meet client goals
- Research industry developments to guide project planning and bring best practices into client engagements
- Maintain and document project outputs such as design records, configuration logs, test plans, migration strategies, training content, and deployment roadmaps
- Support creation and execution of user acceptance test scripts and work with clients to resolve migration-related issues
- Take part in training end users and deploying systems
- Act as the main liaison between clients and third-party vendor representatives
- Lead project management efforts to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, scope, resources, and quality targets for technology rollouts
- Enhance client communication by delivering progress reports, supporting issue resolution, and managing expectations
- Collaborate with project team members to analyze client data using tools like Excel and SQL
- Record field mappings, data cleanup steps, and transformation rules essential for successful data transfers
- Establish and carry out data validation procedures during migration to uphold data accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate with data migration engineers to clarify requirements and resolve technical challenges
- Contribute to improving internal methods, documentation, training materials, delivery models, and tools
- Mentor new team members as part of onboarding support
- Engage in strategic company-wide projects
- Volunteer in community development initiatives sponsored by the organization
